摘要 管理者胜任力研究是近年来管理学、人力资源管理、教育学等学科领域研究的热点问题之一。但目前对于卫生机构管理者岗位胜任力的研究很少。该文对国内外管理者胜任力现状进行了系统的概述,提出了卫生机构管理者胜任力的研究目标及今后研究所应关注的焦点问题。 Competence study for human resource management is popular in recent years, But it is rarely in the study on competence for health facility managers. This paper has summarized the actual status of competence study for managers and proposed a proposal on the goals of the study for health managers and key issues which,will be focused on in the future.
