摘要
该文通过对上海社区卫生服务中心卫生人力资源现状的调研,认为区域卫生人力资源及其配置对社区医疗服务的质量和发展有着重大的影响,并就此提出建议和看法。
Base on the investigation on current health human resources of the community health service center in Shanghai, it proved that the regional health resources allocation and health human resource had a tremendous effect on the quality of community health service. The suggestions and tentative ideas also be included in this passage.
