摘要
1993年9月,福建省闽江流域开始实施建立起闽江洪水预警报系统,该系统由信息采集传输处理和实施命令传递两部分组成,包括71个水文遥测站和11个中继站及信息处理和命令发布中心等.站点布设是依据流域特征、生态环境,并遵循《水文自动测报系统规范》,利用现有水文气象资料和现代通讯手段进行的,并按系统要求对站点的布设成果进行了合理性分析.系统已于1995年汛前建成并试运行成功.
In September 1993, founding the flood forecast and alarm system of Minjiang River Basin was planned. The system consisting of information collection、tronsport、management and enforcing command delivery, and including 71 remote control stations, and 11 intermediate stations, the center of information management and command distributing. The stations are laid, which depends on basin characteristic, ecological surrounding, the existing information of hydroogy and meteorofogy、modern communication method and abides by 'The Specification for Automatic Predicting and Reporting System of Hydrology'. The reasonable probability of the station locatwh result had been analysed by the system demand. The system had been founded and success in trying - working had been obtained before the flood coming of 1995.
