摘要
以400t/62m桅杆起重机为研究对象,依据现代计算力学的有限元分析方法,采用多单元组合技术模拟桅杆起重机整体结构,并就桅杆起重机缆风绳预紧力对整体结构和桅杆顶部位移的影响做了定量分析,可为工程中利用桅杆吊装提供参考。
This paper applies finite element analysis method in modem computation mechanics science to the study of the 400 t/62 m derrick crane. The multi- element combination technology is used to simulate the complete crane structure. Meanwhile, influence of pre- tension in hawser cable on the complete structure and displacement of the mast top is analyzed quantitatively. The result provides a valuable reference for using derrick crane to lift loads
