摘要
介绍一种采用目标跟踪的插补运算,在电火花线切割机上实现八方向进给插补控制的数学模型,与常用的逐点比较法插补运算进行比较,目标跟踪法具有运算公式简单、速度快、程序短和进给速度稳定等特点.此外还介绍了目标点跟踪插补运算的框图及软件设计方法.
This paper deals with a mathematical model in which the control of the electrical discharge wire - cutting machine through feeding and interpolating in eight directions is implemented based on the principle of object tracking with interpolation. A comparative study between this method and the point -by - point comparison with interpolation proves that it has some traits: simple formula, fast velocity, short program and stabilization of feeding and interpolating velocity. Furthermore, the block diagram and the software design in the interpolation method by object tracking are presented.
