摘要
结合佛子岭抽水蓄能电站的尾水调压室,通过数值模拟和水工模型试验相结合的方法对尾水调压室的分流比进行了计算和分析,得出了分流比与佛子岭水库坝前水位的关系。对调压室在发电和抽水各工况下的过流特性进行了观测和分析,得到了堰流系数与相对淹没度的变化关系。此外,详细观测和分析了调压室安全水深与电站抽水流量的关系,提出了确定调压室安全水深的具体方法。按照该方法确定调压室安全水深,将使调压室和水轮发电机组的运行更加安全。
Based on the tailrace surge tank of Foziling Pumped Storage Hydropower Station, the flow-diversion rate of the tailrace surge tank is calculated and analyzed with the method combined with both the numerical simulation and the hydraulic model test; from which the relationship between the flow-diversion rate and the water level in front of the dam for the reservoir is educed, The relation between the weir flow coefficient and the variation of the relative submergence degree is obtained through the observation and analysis made on the characteristics of the flow regimes under the various operation conditions of both the generation and the pumping of the surge tank, Furthermore, the relationship between the safety water depth of the surge tank and the pumping flow rate of the station is observed and analyzed, and then the method for determining the safety water depth of the surge tank is pres- ented as well; with which the safety operations of both the surge tank and the hydropower generating units in the station can be further guaranteed.
