天冬降糖胶囊对四氧嘧啶小鼠血液生化指标的影响

Effect of Tiandong Jiangtang Jiaonang on Serum Biochemistry in Alloxan Mice

目的研究天冬降糖胶囊对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂等血液生化指标的影响。方法给小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶90mg/kg,造成糖尿病模型。用自动生化仪测定血糖、血脂、肌酐、谷草转氨酶等血液生化指标。结果四氧嘧啶可使血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、肌酐明显升高。天冬降糖胶囊可显著降低血糖,并能对抗四氧嘧啶诱发的各种生化指标改变。结论天冬降糖胶囊具有明显抗实验性糖尿病作用。

To study the effects of Tianaong Jiangtang Jiaonang on serum Olocnemistry in alloxan mice. Methods The mice were injected with 90 mg/kg alloxan. Blood glucose, serum lipid and other blood biochemical parameters were determined by using Automatic Biochemistry. Results The blood glucose, triglyceride, LDL-C and CRE were increased significantly in aUoxan mice. Tiandong Jiangtang Jiaonang could decreased the Glu significantly and antagonist the other changes of biochemical parameters induced by alloxan. Conclusion Tiandong Jiangtang Jiaonang possesses potent effect of anti-diabetes.
