草酸钙结石是泌尿系结石的最主要成分,尽管病因复杂,但草酸是影响其形成的一个重要因素。维生素B6、C和E可通过影响草酸的生成及影响草酸钙结石的形成。其中VitC在草酸钙结石形成中的作用复杂,认为可通过转化为草酸促进结石形成,但存在争议。VitE可通过抗脂质过氧化损伤而抑制草酸钙结石的形成,VitB6可通过减少草酸生成来抑制草酸钙结石的形成。
The urinary tract stones usually composed of calcium oxalate. Oxalate is one of the important factors of calcium oxalate stone formation. Influences and effect of oxalate, vitamin C, E and B6 in calcium oxalate stones formation were reviewed. Vitamin C has been implicated as a risk factor for calcium oxalate stones due to its conversion into oxalate, but it is controversial. Vitamin E can reduce risk factors of calcium oxalate stones, because it is an antioxidant, which can prevent the tissue lipid peroxidation. Vitamin B6 inhibitscalcium oxalate stones formation through decreasing oxalate quantity.
