摘要
目的调查湖南汉族群体MICA008/A5.1等位基因的频率分布。方法应用PCR/SSP技术对81名无血缘关系的湖南汉族健康个体作MICA008/A5.1等位基因检测。结果检测出MICA008/A5.1等位基因的频率为56.8%。结论湖南汉族群体MICA008/A5.1等位基因频率较高,并提供了湖南汉族群体MICA008/A5.1等位基因频率的正常参考值。
Objective To investigate the frequency of MICA ＊ 008/A 5.1 allele in Hunan Han nationality. Method Eighty- one samples randomly selected from healthy individuals of Han nationality in Hunan Province and the MICA ＊ 008/A 5.1 allele were detected by POR/SSP assay. Results 56.8% MICA ＊ 008/A5.1 allele was found in all 81 samples. Conclusions The MICA ＊ 008/A5.1 allele frequency is significantly higher in Hunan Han nationality. At the same time, normal reference value of MICA ＊ 008/A5.1 allele of Hunan Han nationality is provided.
