摘要
为探讨+Gz重复暴露对脑皮层神经元的损害及其机理,用光镜与电镜对+10Gz/3min重复暴露三次后不同时间大鼠脑皮层结构进行了定性观察。结果表明:①光镜下可见,+Gz重复暴露三次后大鼠顶叶皮层少数神经元表现为缺血性改变,暴露后24h即已基本恢复正常。②电镜下可见,+Gz重复暴露三次后大鼠脑皮层少数锥体细胞线粒体肿胀、嵴模糊不清;散在锥体细胞变性,内质网、核糖体减少,溶酶体增多;毛细血管内皮细胞伸向管腔的突起增多。暴露后24h皮层神经元超微结构则基本恢复正常。提示,+10Gz/3min重复暴露引起的大鼠脑皮层神经元损害是可逆的。其可能主要与+Gz引起的脑缺血及脑内应力变化等有关。
Little has been known about pathophysiological effects of repeated + Gz exposures on the brain.In the present study morphological changes of cortical neurons in rats immediately 1h,6h and 24h afters successive exposures to +10Gz/3min were observed by light and electron microscopy. The results are as follows:(1) Ischemic changes in a few neurons in the parietal cortex were found under light microscope after repeated +Gz exposures.They returned to normal 24h after the exposures. (2) Electron microscopic observations showed that, after repeated +Gz exposures, the swollen mitochondria with blurred cristae was observed in a few pyramidal cells and some showed degenerative changes with decreased endoplasmic reticulum and ribose nuclear protein as well as increased lysosomes.The amount of extend endothelial projections into the lumen of the capillaries increased. The cortical ultrastructural changes returned to normal 24h later. It is suggested that the changes in cortical neurons after three +10Gz/3min exposures are reversible,and may be resulted from the cerebral ischemia and mechanical stress caused by acceleration.
