摘要
目的:通过跟骨测量预测陕西地区老年人群股骨上段骨折风险。方法:我们选取陕西地区老年人群的尸体骨30具,男性16具,女性14具。截取右侧足和右侧股骨上段。足部首先保留软组织。行定量超声跟骨扫描测量,之后解剖跟骨,测量跟骨几何形态。自行设计人体侧方摔倒模型,测试股骨上段的极限强度,进行统计学处理。结果:①男性的各项实验指标均高于女性。②跟骨定量超声检查,股骨上段强度与声幅衰减(BUA)的决定系数R2=0.37,回归方程为Y=0.143X-4.43。结论:BUA的回归方程为Y=0.143X-4.43。
Objective:To predict the risk of the proximal femur fracture among the old in shannxi province throught measine calcaeus. Methods:30 old cadavers shannxi province were chose, including 16 males and 14 females. We just need the right proximal femur without surrounding soft tissue and the right foot. At first, the feet are measured by quantitative ultrasound. The the soft tissue around it was stripped and calcaneus geometry was measured. The proximal femur highpoint stress. These data were taken by statistics. Results: ①All parameters of the male are higher than that of was test in mechanical model of sideway fall. ②Correlation between the femoral proximal strength and BUA(broadband ultrasound attenuation)(R2^2=0.37) is more strong than any other paratemer of QUS.The correlation formula is Y=0.143X- 4.43). Conclusion:The correlation formula between calcaneus Qus and femur strength is Y=0.143X-4.43.
