摘要
目的:观察三七总皂甙对肝纤维化小鼠血清酶学及NO的影响。方法:用CC l4复制小鼠中毒性肝纤维化模型,同时给与三七总皂甙治疗,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(AST)和门冬氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性,采用硝酸还原酶法测定血清NO水平,并行肝脏病理组织切片检测。结果:三七总皂甙能显著降低肝纤维化小鼠血清中的转氨酶和NO水平,减轻肝纤维化程度。结论:三七总皂甙具有抗肝纤维化作用,其机理可能与降低血清中NO的水平有关。
Objective: To observe effects of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on plasma ALT, AST and NO of serum in mice with liver fibrosis. Methods: The model of CCl4 induced liver fibrosis was established in mice and they were treatment with PNS. Serum level of plasma ALT, AST and NO were determined and tissue pathology were observed. Results: There are significant decreased in serum level of plasma ALT, AST and NO with PNS treatment, the liver fibrosis was improved. Conclusions: PNS has reversal effects on mice with hepatic fibrosis, it may be correlated with drop level NO.
