摘要
拟乳状液流动是石油开采和油气集输过程中新的流动现象,该流动与常规油气水混合物流动相比,可以大大降低管流沿程阻力、局部阻力,提高抽油机泵效。通过开展抽油泵泵筒凡尔、抽油泵柱塞凡尔、抽油泵筛管对不同含水、不同改进剂浓度的含水原油流动阻力试验,得到了含水原油加入流动改进剂后的转相点,流动改进剂的最佳使用浓度为0.2mL/L。
Pseudo emulsion fluid flow is a new flow phenomenon in petroleum recovery and oil and gas gathering. The phase conversion point of water cut oil after adding flow improver is achieved and the optimum concentration of flow improver is 0.2 mL/L.
