摘要
为解决特殊分配曲线的特性参数难以客观评价选煤设备分选性能的缺陷,提出了3种获取高密度段平均密度的技术途径,即实测法、回归法和查图法,根据重选设备工艺性能评定的试验资料统计结果,给出了不同高密度段平均密度选取的经验值.基于特殊分配曲线的形态,提出了用特殊分配率与预测产品分配率相结合绘制特殊分配曲线的方法.选煤设备工艺性能评定试验结果表明:该方法获得的特性参数准确,分选密度与实际分选密度误差仅为0.005 g/cm3,不完善度仅差0.006.
It is hard to evaluate correctly separation performance of gravity-based coal cleaning unit using characteristic parameters of special distribution curve. Three approaches, including measurement, regression and reading chart method for obtaining average density in higher density fraction were provided. The empirical values of average densities in different higher densities fraction are obtained according to the statistical results of process of gravity-based coal cleaning unit. Based on the shape of special distribution curves, the methods for drawing special distribution curve by combining special distribution coefficient with distribution coefficient of predicted product are proposed. The experimental results from the process of gravity-based coal cleaning unit show that this method is effective and exact and, the error between separation density and practical density is only 0. 005 g/cm^3 and the error of imperfections is only 0. 006.
