钢包底吹氩过程数学物理模拟研究 被引量:27

Water Model and Numerical Simulation on Argon Blowing from Bottom of Ladle

摘要 以130t钢包为研究对象建立水力学模型,以电导法测定了底吹氩钢包内钢液的混匀时间,讨论钢包底吹氩工艺中透气元件不同布置方式以及不同吹气量对钢液混匀时间的影响。同时用数值模拟的方法,对钢包内流场进行计算,探讨各种情况下钢包内流场变化,提出最佳底吹气搅拌位置及吹氩制度。 A water model for 130t ladle has been established and the mixing time of the molten steel in the ladle measured by conductivity method. The effects of different arrangement of permeable elements and different gas blowing rate on the mixing time of the molten steel in the process of ladle bottom argon blowing have been discussed. In the meanwhile the flow field inside the ladle is numerically simulated and the changes of the flow field in the ladle in different conditions are investigated and the optimal bottom argon blowing positions and argon bubbling patterns determined.
