摘要
目的:观察白及多糖对人脐静脉内皮细胞(Human, umbilical venous endothelial cells, HUVECS)黏附生长的作用.方法:提取白及多糖制备白及多糖水溶液,用含不同浓度白及多糖的培养液培养人脐静脉内皮细胞并设置空白组对照.结果:浓度为60~120 μg/ml的白及多糖组细胞黏附速度比空白对照组快,贴壁生长的细胞数量多于空白对照.结论:白及多糖在体外具有促进内皮细胞生长的功能.
Objective : To investigate the effect of polysaccharides from Bletilla striata(BSP) on the adhesion of human umbilical venous endothelial cells(HUVECs). Methods: HUVEC were cultured in DMEM and treated with different concentrations of BSP. The effects of BSP on the proliferation of HUVEC were observed with MTT method. Results : Among control and 60 - 120 μg/ml BSP groups, it showed significant difference specially in 80 μg/ml group. Conclusion : BSP promotes the adhesion of HUVEC but not with a does -dependent manner in vitro.
