摘要 遗传因素在骨质疏松的发病中起重要作用。本文简要介绍近年来在骨质疏松相关基因关联分析方面所取得的研究进展,并对新近发现的LRP5基因在骨量维持中作用的研究进展进行了重点介绍,LRP5基因在骨量和骨密度调控中起着关键作用。 Genetic factors play important proved to be involved.
