邓铁涛浴足方治疗高血压病120例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 120 Cases of Hypertension Treated with Deng Tietao's Foot-bath Recipe

目的:观察邓铁涛浴足方浴足治疗高血压病的临床疗效,为中药浴足方浴足治疗和护理高血压病的推广应用提供依据。方法:采用临床单纯随机分组方法,将240例住院高血压患者随机分为试验组和对照组,建立数据库,运用描述性分析、l检验、X^2检验及秩和检验等方法。结果:(1)两组高血压患者降压疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);(2)高血压患者各中医证型治疗前后变化情况组间比较,肝火亢盛型患者治疗两周后收缩压差、舒张压差(入院值一疗后2周值)组间比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);痰湿壅盛型患者治疗两周后收缩压差、舒张压差(入院值一疗后2周值)组间比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);气虚痰瘀型患者治疗两周后收缩压差、舒张压差(入院值一疗后2周值)组间比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:邓铁涛浴足方降压效果确切,对最常见的气虚痰瘀型、痰湿壅盛型疗效尤佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Deng Tietao＇s Yuzu Recipe on hypertension. Methods：240 cases of inpatients of hypertension were randomly divided into a trial group and a control group, establishing database ,and descriptive analysis ,t-test, X^2 test and rank test methods were adopted. Results：（1）There was significant difference between the two groups in the decreasing effect of blood pressure（P〈0.01）;（2）There was no significant difference between the two groups for the patient of excess of liver-fire in the difference of systolic pressure and the difference of diastolic pressure（pressure of admission minus the value after treatment of 2 weeks）,but there were significant differences between the two groups for the patient of excessive accumulation of phlegm-dampness （P〈0.05）and for the patient of type of Qi-deficiency and stagnation of phlegm （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Deng Tietao＇s Yuzu Recipe has a definite therapeutic effect on hypertension ,particularly,has obvious effect of decreasing blood pressure for the most commonly-seen patients of type of Qi-deficiency and stagnation of phlegm and the patient of type of excessive accumulation of phlegm-dampness.
