摘要
本文将模糊综合评价模型和层次分析法综合应用于对企业销售目标和区域(省)目标的制定,并建立了一个综合考虑各影响因素同销售目标关系的数学模型,该模型用于研究影响销售目标制定的主要因素及其相互关系。此外,本文将一些主观判断因素进行了量化,这对企业目标的制定、绩效评价和体现激励的公平性具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the analytical methods and processes of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model (FCE) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) applying in the establishment of total sale goal and region (provincial) sale goal, this paper attempts to set up a mathematical model with a comprehensive consideration of the relationship between many various impacting factors and sale goals. It analyzed the major factors influencing the sales targeting and the interrelationships among themselves. It also quantified some subjective judgment factors.The paper is quite valuable in reasonable sales target setting, performance assessment and the fairness of incentiveness.
