摘要
运用主基因+多基因模型对S42×安农8455组合6家系群体对赤霉病抗性积分进行分析.结果表明,在S42×安农8455组合中S42抗赤霉病性遗传符合E-1-1(2对主基因+多基因的加性-显性)模型;2对主基因加性效应较大,显性效应方向相反,多基因的加性和显性效应较小;主基因的遗传率较高,达84.05%~92.17%,多基因的遗传率较低,仅为0.12%~6.64%.
The scab score of 6 generations from the cross of 542 × Annong 8455 was investigated with the genetic design of major gene plus polygenes. The results showed that in the cross of S42 × Annong 8455 the scab resistance of S42 fitted the genetic model E-1-1 (two major genes plus polygenes with additive-dominance effect). The additive effect of major genes was high ,while the dominance effects were contrary for the two major genes. However, the additive and dominance effects of polygenes were small. The heritability of major genes was high ,from 84. 05% to 92.17% ,whereas the heritability of polygenes was low,only from 0. 12% to 6. 64%.
