摘要
用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术,对兰属7个种的9个品种进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。从60个随机引物中,筛选出6个对9个供试兰花品种均能产生多态性谱带的引物。在这6个引物所检测的64个位点中,61个位点为多态性位点,占总位点数的95.3%。聚类分析结果表明,不同兰花品种之间存在明显的遗传差异,而且根据RAPD标记进行的兰花品种聚类结果与传统的形态学分类结果基本一致,只是莲瓣兰与建兰组的分类地位有一些差异。
Nine cultivars from 7 Cymbidium species were used to analyse the genetic polymorphism and relationships among the cultivars by RAPD techuique. Six RAPD primers, which were selected from 60 random primers, produced 64 bands, of which 61 (95.3%) bands were polymorphic. The result of cluster analysis showed that there were obvious differences among different cultivars, and that the clustering result was in agreement with that obtained according to morphological classification but that there were some differences in the taxonomic status of C. lianpan and C. ensifolium between the two classification methods.
