摘要
54只新西兰兔,接受右股骨干中上段实验性骨折髓内针内固定,术后随机分成三组,A组、B组分别接受0.5Hz的脉冲电刺激或振动,C组作对照。结果证明A组和B组骨折愈合比C组快,外骨痂数量、骨痂钙含量、后肢的血流量、以及骨折的扭矩和刚度测试,A组和B组均较C组增加。
Experimentalfractureswereproducedin54rabbitsattheuppershaftofthefemurandwerefixedwithintramedularynailing.Theanimalswerethendividedinto3groups.Group1and2weresubjectedtostimulationby0.5Hzofpulseelectriccurrentor0.5Hzofvibrationrespectively.Thegroup3wasusedascontrol.Theresultsshowedthat,thefracturehealedupmuchfasteringroup1and2andinthecontrolgroupthehealingwassignificantlyslower.Theamountofperiostealcalus,thebonecalciuminthecalus,thebloodflowinthehindlegs,thetorqueandstifnesstestingingroups1and2werealsogreaterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup.
