摘要
利用资源基础和动态能力理论,本文提出了联盟能力的一个整合框架,它综合了战略、结构、认知、关系等四个方面,克服了以往对于联盟能力构成的片面认识,因而更好地解释了企业间联盟绩效的差异。
With the resource - based and dynamic capabilities view, this paper develops a multidimensional framework of firm capabilities for alliances, which links strategic, structural, cognitive and relational dimension, overcoming the unilateral understanding of the framework of alliance capability, thus it explains differential, firm level alliance performance across them efficiently.
