摘要
用固-气-液三态反应方法和合适的冷却条件制备了自生TiCw-AlNp/Al复合材料。讨论了TiCw晶须的形成机制和强化特点;并用电子显微镜观察了基体被部分腐蚀掉的TiCw-AlNp/Al复合材料中TiCw的立体形貌和空间分布特征。
The composite TiCw-AlNp/Al was prepared by a method of in situ solid-vapour-liquid state reaction under certain appropriate cooling conditions, in which the distribution and reinforcement of the TiC whiskers were discussed. The stereoscopic feature and space distribution of the TiC whiskers in the partially corroded TiCw-AlNp / Al composite matrix were observed under SEM.
