丝裂霉素C在LASEK术中应用效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨丝裂霉素C在预防准分子激光皮下角膜磨镶术后haze形成的效果.方法 对48例93眼进行准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术,术中用0.02%丝裂霉素C棉片覆盖于激光后的基质床上2分钟,观察术后1月、3月、6月时视力、屈光状态、haze形成情况及并发症.结果 48眼93眼均在术后3~4天上皮完全愈合,6月平均视力1.04±0.32,平均屈光度0.21D±0.3,1月时0.5级haze 1例2眼,3月时0.5级haze 3例5眼,到6月时仅1例1眼0.5级haze,其余4眼角膜恢复透明,并且未伴随视力下降及屈光回退,未见角膜上皮愈合不良、结膜巩膜坏死等不良反应.结论 0.02%丝裂霉素C能预防准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术后haze的形成未见明显副作用. Objective To investigate the effects of mitomycin C on prevent haze after laser epithelial keratectomileusis (LASEK). Methods 48 patients (93 eyes) were treated with 0.02% mitomycin C during operation for 2 minutes, their postoperative uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), refraction, corneal haze and complications were observed at first month, 3rd months, and 6th months after operation. Results For 48 patients 93 eyes, all the UCVA were above 0.5, on average, 1.04 ± 0.32, and their refraction were within + 1.00-1.00 (D), on average 0.21± 0.30 y 6months. The 0.5 grade haze was found in two eyes by 1 month, in five eyes by 3 months, by 6 months, only 1 eye with 0.5 grade haze. In addition, 4 eyes cornea became clear, All 93 eyes were not found decrease of UCVA and refraction. Neither delayed heal in cornea wound nor ~lera nor conjunctiva ulcer happened. Conclusions Mitomycin C can reduce corneal haze after LASEK and has no toxicity on cornea. Mitomycin C is an affective medicine to prevent haze.
