摘要
对近年来汞的急性毒性研究、生殖毒性研究、致畸毒性研究、神经毒性研究等毒理学试验研究现状进行了概括总结。在此基础上，综述了汞的临床毒性研究进展，主要内容为汞对人类的急性毒性和慢性毒性作用，并特别强调了汞对人类的肾脏毒性以及生殖毒性。最后，提出了汞中毒的防治措施。
As a special and toxic heavy metal element, mercury has been noted in the whole world. The advances on the mercury toxicity test research （ mainly including acute toxicity research, reproduction toxicity research, teratogenicity research and nerve toxicity research etc. ） are summarized here, based on which, the clinical toxicity research of mercury is concluded. Finally, the controlling measures of mercury poisoning are pointed out in the paper.
