摘要
对自组装膜(SAMs)在声表面波(SAW)上的成膜机理、表征和应用等方面的研究进行了简介。重点阐述了SAW自组装技术在检测有机膦类化合物(G类毒剂的相关化合物)中的膜材料、成膜技术等研究方法和已经取得的应用,并进行了展望。
A brief on the self-assembled minelayers (SAMs) in surface acoustic wave and the coating mechanism, proving and application of coatings is introduced. The emphasis is on the research and application of SAMs in SAW in the detection organophosphonate compounds (relative compounds of G agents), especially the coating materials, the technologies of coating and the application etc. The future for the research of SAMs in SAW is predicted.
