摘要
利用离心沉降分光光度法对 SiC 晶须在4种不同分散剂中的分散行为进行了研究,探讨了不同分散剂的分散效果,并对其分散机理进行了分析。结果表明,分散剂的分散能力顺序为焦磷酸钠>六偏磷酸钠>吐温80>聚乙二醇;不同类型分散剂混合使用的分散效果要比使用1种分散剂的好。
The dispersion performances of some dispersants in SiC whiskers water-based suspension are inves tigated by centrifugal sedimentation spectrophotometric measurement. The dispersion effect of those dispersants is dis cussed and their dispersion mechanisms are studied. The results show that the dispersion ability of the dispersants studied is in the order of SPP〉SHP〉Tween80〉PEG. And the composite dispersants are more effective than single dispersants in dispersion of SiC whiskers.
