电压暂降对配电系统可靠性影响及其评估指标的研究 被引量:109

摘要 通过研究现代电网及其负荷的特点,针对电压暂降对用户的影响及电力市场按质论价的需求,论证了考虑电压暂降需对供电可靠性指标体系予以补允和修正的必要性。在此基础上,提出了事件次数、暂降能量两个补充指标,以及个暂降经济损失评价指标,它们可以作为电压暂降的独立质量考核指标。文中还提出了将电压暂降纳入到供电可靠性定义中的思路,并探讨性地给出了计及暂降等效时间的供电可靠率修正指标RS*。最后,通过算例说明了电压暂降对供电可靠率的影响大小,其结果表现在可靠率指标的千分位上,且可靠性等级越高,电压暂降对其影响比重越大。 By studying the characteristics of the modem power system and electric loads, and the impact on user caused by voltage sags, this paper proves the necessity of supplement and revising to the index system of power supply reliability considering sags. On this basis, it proposes two supplementing indices: event times indices and sag energy indices, and an evaluation index of the economic losses. These indices can examine the voltage sags independently. It also proposes that the definition of power supply reliability should consider the voltage sags, and represent a discussional RS* index to revise the reliability. Finally, through examples it illustrates that voltage sags change the value of the third digit of decimal digits of reliability. The results are also compared with voltage interruptions, the higher the reliability level is, the more impact of sags on reliability is.
