摘要
木文利用溶胶一凝胶工艺成功地将富勒烯(C60/C70)掺入了SiO2气凝胶的纳米孔洞中,在Ar+离子激光(488um)激发下,观察到了很强的可见光发射,对该现象作了初步的解释.
Fullerene-doped silica aerogel was prepared by sol-gel process followed by supercritical drying technique. The infrared spectra and time-of-flight mass specta show that fullerenes were successfully incorporated inside the silica aerogel and the fullerene structures were retained in the fabrication process. The photoluminescence from the fullerene-doped sample showed broad visible light peaking at about 2.26eV under Ar+ laser(488nm) at room temperature. The photoluminescene was found to be red shifted while the doping concentration was increased. This effect is consistent with the behaviour of confined fullerenes in the pores of the silica aerogel resulting in the quantum confinement effect which produces emission far above the interband gap of C6o/C7o.
