摘要
广西那坡水弄苗寨教育状况调查结果表明,边境民族教育仍处于瓶颈滞后状态。成人教育沉滞;“两基”工作任重道远;学校教学质量低劣,等等。其原因归纳起来有两点,一是主观因素,二是客观因素。其中客观因素也包含人为的主观因素。要改变这种状况,仍需要从思想教育入手,结合采取其他技术措施,包括对边民的人格观念教育,教师人事制度改革和教学业务培训,努力提高边民素质和学校教学质量,以促进边境民族经济的繁荣,促进边疆现代化的建设,增强国力,提高我们祖国在国际上的威信。
The results of the survey to the educational conditions in Shuilong Miao Village in Napo Guangxi show that national education for minorities at frontiers is still lagging behind like in the bottleneck with the stagnation of adult education, heavy task of “the two elementary educations”, and lowness of teaching quality. The reasons can be concluded into two points: subjective element and objective element or both mixed up. To change this condition, we must start from ideological education, and combine with other technical measures including the education of dignity to the frontiers, the reform of teacher personnel system, and the training of teaching skills so as to increase the frontiers' quality and the school's teaching quality, to promote the border's national economic prosperity, to accelerate the frontiers' modernist con- struction, to strengthen our national power and finally to improve our prestige in the world.
