摘要
高风温是高炉提高喷煤比、降低工序能耗、降低成本的有效措施。在宝钢实际生产条件下,通过热风炉技术研究和生产操作改进,开发出一系列热风炉高风温技术:余热回收、转炉煤气烧炉、富氧等新技术,提供高且稳定的热风。目前宝钢3号高炉风温可以长期稳定在1 250℃左右,最高可以达到1 280℃,热风炉高风温技术达到国际先进水平。
The increase of high blast temperature is an effective measure to enhance pulverized coal injection rate, reduce energy consumption, and cost. According to the practical conditions at Baosteel, though improving blast stove technology and operation, and taking a series of measurements, high temperature blast can be supplied stably. At present the blast temperature of No. 3 blast furnace can be stabilized at 1 250 ℃ for a long time. The highest blast temperature can reach to 1 280℃. The technology is world advanced one.
