摘要
把Yager提出的连续区间数据OWA(C-OWA)算子进行拓展,提出了加权的C-OWA(WC-OWA)算子、有序加权的C-OWA(OWC-OWA)算子、以及组合的C-OWA(CC-OWA)算子,研究了它们的一些性质.基于这些算子,分别在单人决策和群决策这两种情形下,提出了属性权重确知、且属性值以区间数形式给出的不确定多属性决策方法.最后,进行了实例分析.
In this paper, we propose some extended continuous interval argument OWA(C-OWA) operator, such as weighted C-OWA(WC-OWA) operator, ordered weighted C-OWA(OWC-OWA) operator, and combined C-OWA (CC-OWA) operator, and study some of their characteristics. Based on these operators, we develop two approaches for solving uncertain multi-attribute multi-person decision-making problems and uncertain multi-attribute single-person decision-making problems, respectively, in which the attribute weights are completely known and the attribute values are interval numbers. Finally, an illustrative example is given.
