Theoretical Foundation and Way of Bringing Forth New Ideas in Trade Union's Form of Organization

随着改革开放的不断深入,我国社会经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益分配方式日益多元化,经济关系和劳动关系日趋复杂,职工队伍的内在结构和分布状态发生了重大变化。突破用工形式和单位建会的限制,创新工会组织形式,是落实“组织起来,切实维权”这一新时期工会工作方针的必然选择。

With constantly furthering the reform and open policy, the economic composition, form of organization, method of employment and mode of interests distribution become more and more diversified. The economic relations and labor relations have become more and more complex with each passing day, and the intrinsic structure and distribution state of the contingent of workers have changed greatly. In order to carry out the work guiding principle of “Go into action, firmly safeguard rights of workers” in the new stage, the limitation of recruitment system and establishment of trade unions should be broken through. And trade unions ought to bring forth new ideas in the form of organization.
