论我国高职高专教育人才培养模式的几个问题

高职高专教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,主要为生产、建设、管理、服务第一线培养高等技术型 和应用型专门人才。文章分析了高职高专教育人才培养模式应具有的基本特征。剖析了目前高职高专教育人才培养模 式存在的主要问题,并就如何构建高职高专教育人才培养模式提出了基本思路。

The higher vocational collexaducation is an is an important part of the higher education in China, which trains advanced technicians and specialists tot the fields of production, construction, management and service etc.. This paper analyses the basic necessary features of the students＇ training models for the higher vocational colleges education, discussing the present problems of the students＇ training modes in the higher vocational education, and then puts forward some ideas for constructing the possible talent training models.
