摘要 以中椒5号青椒为试材,在低温(10±0.5)℃条件下,研究不同浓度1-MCP处理对青椒果实采后生理变化规律的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,不同浓度的1-MCP处理均不同程度抑制了过氧化物酶的活性和膜透性的增加,保持了果实硬度。其中,以1 000nl/L的1-MCP处理效果最佳。 Effect of 1 - methylcycloprppene with different concentration on postharvest physiology of pepper"Zhongjiao- 5" at 10 ℃ was determined. The results showed that 1- methylcycloprppene could inhibit the POD activity, keep the cell permeability and retain the firmness of the pepper during storage. 1 000 nl/L 1 - methylcycloprppene had the best effect.
