研制了基于互联网的科研项目申报评审系统,采用C/S与B/S相结合的模式设计网上申报系统,W eb方案设计专家评审系统实现了科研项目的网上申报、评审及管理等功能,较好地解决了W ord文本和数据库的衔接问题,系统经有关管理部门和单位试用,效果良好,提高了科研管理水平和效率.

Web-based scientific research project management system is implemented. C/S, B/S mode and the data multi-level buffer technology are adopted. By incorporating the best software development technology of the present, this system provides a practical internet-based way for General Scientific Research Application and Evaluation Review System. The problem about how to join the Word text and the database is also solved. Being put into use by the scientific project administrations and other units, this system is proved to be efficient.
