In this paper, the author brings up that digital reference services are the expansion and development of traditional digital reference services under network environment. It includes the following characteristics： convenience, shortcut, high efficiency, and precision. If one wants to improve the quality and level of digital reference services, he should promote the application of network technology, construct knowledge network, train reference librarian to improve high diathesis and construct a service platform with rational configuration and fine management, so that we could do a good job in meeting the informarion demand of the readers.
