The Simultaneous TLC Identification of Herba Andrographi and Ramulus et Folium Picrasmae in Xiaoyanlidan Tablets

目的:建立消炎利胆片(穿心莲、溪黄草、苦木)中穿心莲和苦木的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用TLC法对处方中穿心莲争苦木进行同时色谱鉴别。结果:本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强。结论:鉴别方法简便快速,可用于控制消炎利胆片的质量。

Objective：To establish a method for identification of Herba Andrographi and Ramulus et Folium Picrasmae in Xiaoyanlidan Tablets. Methods ：Herba Andrographi and Ramulus et Folium Picrasmae in the prescription were identified simultaneously by TLC. Results：The study showed that the characteristic for TLC chromatograms was distinct and highly specific. Conclusions ：The method was simple and rapid. It can be used effectively for the quality control of this preparation.
