高师院校的教学改革是个系统工程,深化教学改革,全面提高教学质量,是高师院校教育发展的急中之急,重中之重。着重从教育观念、教学内容、教学方法、激励机制、教育氛围五个界面入手,探索和总结、梳理提高高师院校教学质量的规律、经验和途径。

Deepening the teaching reform and improving the teaching quality completely have become the most important part in the development of teachers colleges＇ education. This paper seeks the new approaches of improving the teaching quality of the teachers colleges from five interfaces, which are educational idea, teaching content, teaching method, encouraging mechanism and educational atmosphere.
