摘要
通过低温胁迫处理匍匐翦股颖粤选1号、海滨雀稗、杂交狗牙根品种老鹰草、沟叶结缕草4种草坪草,测定膜透性、根系活力及叶绿素含量。结果表明,低温胁迫下,草坪草叶片,匍匐茎和根系质膜相对透性显著增加,并且,沟叶结缕草膜透性最高,匍匐翦股颖膜透性最低;低温胁迫下,匍匐翦股颖根系活力最高,老鹰草根系活力最低;叶绿素含量从高到低为匍匐翦股颖粤选1号>海滨雀稗>杂交狗牙根(老鹰草)>沟叶结缕草。
The relative membrane permeability,root vigor and chlorophyll content in leaves of 4 turfgrasses (Agrostis stolonifera , Paspalum vaginatum , Cynodon dactylonx , C. transvaalensis, Zoysia matrella ) under low temperature stress were studied. The results showed that the low temperature stress increased relative membrane permeability in leaves,stolons and roots of 4 turfgrasses significantly,and matrella reached the highest value,while the value of creeping bentgrass was the lowest. The root vigor of creeping bentgrass was high and that of hybrid bermuda tifeagle was low under low temperature stress. The order of chlorophyll content in leaves of 4 turfgrasses in winter was creeping bentgrass〉seashore paspalum〉hybrid bermuda〉 matrella.
