高强冷弯薄壁型钢轴压长柱受力性能试验研究 被引量:30

摘要 进行了15组G550级高强冷弯薄壁型钢方管截面轴压长柱的试验研究,考察了其受力特性及破坏特征,试件的壁厚均为0.6 mm,截面板件宽厚比分为42、58、75三类,长细比分为40、60、80、100、120五类。试验研究结果表明:直接利用中国现行规范GB 50018-2002对G550级高强冷弯薄壁型钢轴压构件进行稳定承载力计算的结果与试验结果相差较大,偏于不安全,必须进行修正。通过对试验结果的比较分析,给出了考虑构件截面板组相关性影响时,采用规范GB 50018-2002计算G550级高强冷弯薄壁型钢轴压构件稳定承载力的建议,建议方法所得结果与试验结果吻合良好,且偏于安全,可供修订规范和设计时参考。 The 15 groups long column specimens of box section cold-formed grade G550 highstrength steel were tested under axial compression load. The load capacity and the failure characteristic of the specimens were analyzed. The wall thickness of specimens are all 0.6 mm; the ratios of width to thickness are 42,58,75 and the slenderness ratios are 40,60,80,100,120. The results of experimental research show that using Chinese code GB 50018-2002 to calculate the load capacity of grade G550 high-strength cold-formed thin-walled steel long column is unsafe. By comparing the test results with the calculation by Chinese code GB 50018-2002, a suggestion method of calculating load capacity for the grade G550 high-strength cold-formed thin-walled steel long columns by using Chinese code GB 50018-2002 was presented with consideration of the plate- group interaction of element. The results calculated by suggestion method agree quite well with the test results and are safety. So the suggestion method can be used for the reference to engineering design and revising the code.
