摘要
目的探讨荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)技术测定支气管肺泡灌洗液中Tb DNA在肺结核诊断中的价值。方法对43例肺结核患者、63例非肺结核患者支气管肺泡灌洗液(BAFL)用FQ-PCR检测Tb DNA。结果荧光定量PCR检测BALF诊断肺结核的度=65.1%;特异度=98.4%;准确度=84.9%。结论荧光定量PCR方法检测BALF中Tb DNA诊断肺结核具有很好的敏感性、特异性,对肺结核的诊断有价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagonostic value of Taq Man-PCR technique in diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The specimens of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from 43 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and from 63 patients with non-pulmonary tuberculosis were detected by Taq Man-PCR. Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy was 65.1% ,98.4% and 84.9%. Conclusions Taq Man-PCR method can show out high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,and it is an useful tool in diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis.
