摘要
虚拟维修性分析评价系统(VMSAS),以SGIOnyx2超级仿真图形工作站为核心,通过以太网使各服务器和工作站协同工作,借助头盔显示器、数据手套等工具进行人机交互控制。软件系统采用模块化设计,包括虚拟样机建模、维修仿真、维修性分析与评价、数据管理及帮助子系统。数据在PDM系统中以对象方式管理,VMSAS通过与产品数据管理(PDM)系统交互获取及提交信息。
For the virtual maintenance simulation analysis system (VMSAS), the SGI Onxy2 super simulation graphics workstation taken as the system core, VMSAS let various of servers and workstations work in a cooperative way through Ethernet, and human-machine control is carried through Head-mounted Display (HMD), Data Glove and other tools. The modularized software system includes virtual prototype modeling, maintenance simulation, maintainability analysis and evaluation, data management and help subsystem. The data was managed as object in Product Data Manage (PDM) system;VMSAS obtains and submits information by interacting with PDM system.
