10 t/a Pilot-plant-scale Production of L-alanyl-L-glutamine

摘要 以邻苯二甲酰基为保护基,采用混合酸酐法接肽,中试规模制备了L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺(力肽)。结果表明,制备L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺的最佳条件为:N-Pht-L-丙氨酸接肽的最佳溶剂是乙酸乙酯,温度为0℃,n(N-Pht-L-丙氨酸)∶n(L-谷氨酰胺)=1∶1。以L-丙氨酸计,总摩尔收率为34.4%。目标产物质量分数达98.6%。 L-Alanyl-L-glutamine (Dipeptiven) was prepared in 10 t/a pilot-plant-scale by using phthalyl method and mixed anhydride method. The result showed that the optimal solvent used to dissolve N-Pht-L-alanine was ethyl acetate, the optimal temperature was 0℃, and the molar ratio of N- Pht-L-alanine to L-glutamine was 1 : 1. The overall molar yield was 34. 4% based on L-alanine. w [ L- alanyl-L-glutamine (Dipeptiven) ] = 98.6%.
