摘要
以对羟基苯甲醚为阻聚剂,通过马来酸酐和-C12烯发生“烯反应”合成了直链十二烯基丁二酸酐.研究了反应时间、对羟基苯甲醚用量和烯酐比对此反应的影响.确定了反应的最佳工艺条件:反应温度185℃,反应时间16h,(-C12烯)∶(马来酸酐)∶(对羟基苯甲醚)=1.2∶1∶0.125.反应收率为61.42%,且当回收得到的-C12烯进行反应时,反应收率可达到58.21%,仅比第一次反应时降低了3.21%.
Dodecenyl succinic anhydride (DDSA) was synthesized from α-C12 olefin and maleic anhydride by the “ene” reaction in presence ofp-hydroxyanisole which was used as an addictive. The reaction time, the quantity ofp-hydroxyanisole and the starting molar ratio of α-C12 olefin to maleic anhydride were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as the followings: the temperature was 185 ℃; the reaction time was 16 h; the molar ratio of α-C12 olefin to maleic anhydride and p-hydroxyanisole was 1.2 : 1 : 0.125. The yield was 61.42%. By using the recovered α-C12 olefin as reactant, the yields obtained could reach 58.21%, only decreased 3.21% compared to the result by using fresh α-C12 olefin.
