中国零售业竞争策略分析

摘要 外商的大量进入,中国零售业面临前所未有的竞争态势。中国零售业存在着经营规模小、市场集中度低,负债率高、资金结构不合理,成本高、利润低等问题,与外资零售业相比差距很大。中国零售业应实施如下竞争策略:低成本合并、建立自有品牌、避虚就实、积极发展网络零售。 With foreign businesspeople entering our country, China's retailing encounters unprecedented competition. There arise some problems in our country's retail business such as d small-scale dealing, diseentralized marketing, high in debt, unreasonable fund structure, high costs and low profits. There is a great difference between China's retailing and foreign-fund retailing. He retail business of China should take competitive strategy into consideration from the following respoets: low cost merge, setting up its own brands, and positive development of network retail.
