摘要
文章对热效率较高的铜铝复合散热片中铜管与铝型材散热片的过盈配合联接进行受力分析,并进行了必要的计算,同时提出了螺旋涨管新工艺,使涨管时所需要的进给力大大减小;对螺旋涨管机中关键部件涨管头的结构特点与工作原理进行了说明,对设计的螺旋涨管机工作原理与结构特点进行了详细叙述,同时也对整个螺旋涨管专机进行了简单介绍。
The forces in joining the copper pipe to the aluminum radiator through interference fit are analyzed and calculated,and a new technique of pipe screwing and expanding is introduced so that the force of moving forward when the pipe is being expanded is reduced. The structure and working principle of the expanding pipe head are described. The working principle of the designed screwing expander is explained in detail. The structure and characteristic of the special machine are introduced briefly.
