桑色素荧光分光光度法测定芦荟中锗的含量 被引量:1

摘要 首次用荧光分光光度法测定了芦荟中锗的含量.在酸性条件下,以桑色素为显色剂,在λEM=506 nm处有最强荧光峰.在实验确定的优化条件下,线性范围为0.005~1.0 μg·mL-1;线性回归方程为F=408.22c+10.469,R2=0.9972;检出限为0.13 ng·mL-1. The determination of germanium in A. arborescens by fluorospectrophotometry was developed firstly. In the acidified solution and morin as chromogenic reagent,the maximum absorption of association complex was at 506 nm. Under optimum conditions,the linear range of the calibration was 0.005-1.0μg·mL^-1 ;the line- ar regression equation was F=408. 22c+10. 469,R^2=0. 9972,with the limit of detection 0. 13 ng·mL^-1.
