战时内河港口抢修浅探

An Exploration into the Rush-Repair of Inland River Harbors in Wartime[JP]

根据现代战争对内河港口功能的要求,从拟制完善抢修方案、储备设备物资、组织抢修训练等方面论述了战时内河港口的抢修准备工作,提出了应正确处理人力与机械、抢修顺序和交通调整、抢修与防护等三个关系。

According to the requirements of modern warfare for the inland river harbors, this paper elaborates the rush-repair preparation work for inland river harbors during wartime ranging from drawing up rush-repair plans, storing equipment and supplies, organizing rush repair training and so on. It puts forward three important relationships which have to be correctly dealt with, namely, the relationship between manpower and machinery, the relationship between the rush-repair order and the traffic regulation, and the relationship between rush-repair and defence.
